Updated Planning and Building Fees
The Imperial County Planning and Development Services (ICPDS) hereby gives notice of the updates to the Planning and Building Fee Schedules.
In accordance with the Board of Supervisor's Minute Order #27 approved on August 1, 2023, the Imperial County Planning & Development Planning and Building Fee Schedules have been updated. The amended sections are as follows:
Title 9 Division 9 Sections 90901.02 through 90901.13 with an annual CPI adjustment - Planning Land Use Fees
Title 9 Division 9 Sections 90902.02 through 90902.10 with an annual CPI adjustment - Building Permit Fees

Por la presente, los Servicios de Planificación y Desarrollo del Condado Imperial (ICPDS, por sus siglas en inglés) notifican las actualizaciones de los Programas de Tarifas de Planificación y Construcción.
De acuerdo con la Orden de Actas # 27 de la Junta de Supervisores aprobada el 1 de agosto de 2023, se han actualizado los Programas de Tarifas de Planificación y Desarrollo y Planificación del Condado Imperial y Construcción. Las secciones modificadas son las siguientes:
Título 9 División 9 Secciones 90901.02 a 90901.13 con un ajuste anual del IPC - Tarifas de planificación del uso de la tierra
Título 9 División 9 Secciones 90902.02 a 90902.10 con un ajuste anual del IPC - Tarifas de permisos de construcción
